Today’s Standard American
Diet (SAD) is calorie dense and nutritient poor. On average, Americans top ten
“foods” comprise more than 90% of their calorie consumption. There is
extremely little variety in the SAD. Even when we eat well, we do not get the
nutrients we need unless we eat locally grown organic fruits and veggies and
free range meats. That is not practical for most of us, especially those in
northern climates all year round. To get the nutrients we need, dietary
supplements are essential.
Not all dietary supplements
are created equal. Many are not absorbable and unfortunately, many do NOT
contain what is on the label. Dr. Linda only has physician quality supplements
